No we provide all our own products & specialised equipment from vacuums to mops, buffers and anything else required to carry out our work effectively.
We are very particular about the products we use, to ensure that they allow us to deliver only the best and highest standards of cleaning. However, if you have specific brands or types of products that you'd like us to use we are more than happy to accommodate your requests.
All of our staff are CRB (DBS) checked as part of our staff screening and vetting process.
Yes! We offer flexible services that allow us to conduct your cleaning at hours to best suit you. Whether first thing in the morning, evening or late at night it's no problem for us. Our staff are all trained to manage keys and any opening or locking up and alarming that your building requires.
Yes we do! Our cleaning staff are all experienced in handling jobs where opening and/or locking up is required. In these cases our staff sign security agreements where they promise to uphold the privacy of alarm codes, locking/opening up procedures and not share keys with anyone but authorised members of the Kleen team.
We ensure that the same member of staff carries out your cleaning on each visit to allow you to become familiar with your Kleen cleaner. However, we train 2-3 members of our staff for every client we have so that someone who is familiar with your cleaning structure can take over during times of sick or holiday leave resulting in no disruptions to your cleaning service.
We use checklists, monitoring and scoring systems to make sure that a consistently high standard of cleaning is maintained. We stay on top of this so that you don't have to. In addition to this, we leave nothing to chance and make no assumptions. Therefore, all work carried out is supervised and checked allowing outstanding levels of services to be maintained.
We have a price matching service which in 90% of cases allows us to compete with or match the costs you pay for your current cleaning service, allowing you to move to a much better standard of cleaning service without putting a strain on your finances.
Our standard contract terms are 12 months. However, we like to first demonstrate a months worth of cleaning to allow you to experience our great quality of service first-hand before committing to a contract. If for any reason you wish to terminate your contract with us we simply ask for 30 days notice.
